Computing and support is managed via the IT Service Center. The IT Service Center provides a one-stop service for all  technology needs in the areas of research, teaching and learning, desktop and Media Services and business applications. Support is provided via walk-in service, email, telephone, self-service, and in office visits. 

Our experienced support staff are A+, Apple, and Dell certified in addition to many other IT skills, and are committed to the Service Management model of service delivery as detailed within the ITIL framework.  

The IT Service Center utilizes a variety of hardware and software solutions to manage and maintain computing for the HGSE community - KACE, Endpoint encryption, DLP, Antivirus, Anti-Spyware, Keyserver, ServiceNow, Deepfreeze, UIU, and VPN are just of few of these technologies.
