IT Service Center

The IT Service Center provides centralized technology support (software, hardware, and account services) to the Harvard Graduate School of Education community. The objective of the IT Service Center is to be a single point of contact for customers who need assistance with incidents, problems, questions, and to provide an interface for all technology activities related to HGSE IT. Our services are offered via phone, email, and our walk-in IT Service Center located on the 3rd floor in the Gutman Library at 6 Appian Way, Cambridge, MA.
