The IT Service Center serves as the centralized resource for comprehensive technology support at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE).
We deliver expertise across software, hardware, and account services, striving to provide a seamless and efficient single point of contact for the HGSE community. Our mission is to address all technology-related incidents, issues, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness, while also serving as the primary interface for IT operations and initiatives within HGSE.
