How to Access Your Job Description in GRID

Access GRID, the administrative site for faculty and staff data.

Note: If you do not currently have VPN, email IT-onestop. If you are working remotely, you need to login to the GSE VPN (vpn.harvard.edu/gse) to access GRID. Otherwise you'll get a "Site cannot be reached" or a similar error.

• Sign-in using your HarvardKEY credentials.
• Navigate to the the bottom of the screen, click on My Data.
• Next, click on Job Data.
• View your Job description.
• You have the option to Print... your job description.
• A pop-up window will have a print-ready version of your Job description that you can either send to a printer or copy/paste into a Word document.
