Multimedia Production Services

In the classroom and beyond, media is everywhere.

The Multimedia Team supports the HGSE community with a full range of audio, video, and audiovisual services. We handle the planning, execution, and management of multimedia platforms—including Zoom, live streaming, captioning, recording, and sound/video support for events and academic programs. Additional services include media storage, digital signage, and access to a fully equipped video production studio

Video Production Studio

Our studio is equipped for video, audio, and podcast production with professional cameras, microphones, lighting, and editing software, enabling you to develop engaging and polished multimedia content.

Digital Asset Management

Our team provides long-term storage of digital media — with Panopto — for academic programs, institutional offices, and research centers.

Captioning, Transcripts, and Accessibility

All digital media at HGSE must be accessible to everyone. Usually automatic captioning is sufficient, but professional captioning or transcripts from an outside vendor may be required depending on the context.

Around Campus

Our team partners with Operations and the IT Service Center to assist with managing media infrastructure around HGSE's campus.

Event Support

Request support for an in-person or virtual event at HGSE through the event registration form. Prior approval is required to record or livestream events.

Classroom AV Setup

Request support through the event reservation system (EMS) for help with AV in your classroom and learning spaces.

Schedule a Classroom Recording

Classroom recordings at HGSE are provided on an opt-in basis. To request a recording, a member of the teaching team should submit a request through the event reservation system (EMS), and our team will schedule accordingly.

Digital Signage

To submit an announcement, promote an event, or communicate campus news. Our team manages requests — from content creation to scheduling — ensuring your message reaches the HGSE community.
