How to Connect and Use HGSE Printers

Most devices are auto-discovered and directed to set up instructions

• iPad users should choose the iOS option. 
• Printing from Chromebooks is currently not supported.

Install PaperCut Mobility Print: click Download, open the file, follow the prompts, and select GSE PaperCut.

• If prompted for login credentials, enter your HarvardKey email and password, and check the box to save/remember credentials if offered.
• On iOS, you'll also be prompted to install a profile.

Release print jobs at any GSE printer by swiping your ID. 

• The first time, enter your HarvardKey email and password; after that, just swipe.

Printing costs are deducted from your GSE PaperCut account. 

• Check your balance or submit jobs from the web at webprint.gse.harvard.edu — click "Add Credit" to add funds.
